
Portsmouth, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 959 Islington St. The 7,500 s/f commercial building was acquired by PWED 2, LLC, an affiliate of Chinburg Properties, for $1.8 million according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds. The transaction was facilitated by listing agents David Choate and Abby Bachman of Colliers, with Jared Trayer, of Chinburg Properties, representing the buyer.


Located in the city’s West End, the property was part of the historic Morley Button Factory and features three office/retail spaces. Unit 1 houses the New Hampshire Theatre Project, an arts organization; Unit 2 is occupied by Bill Truslow Photography, an award-winning commercial photographer; and Unit 3 is home to Port One Architects, an architectural firm.
