Edge of Bernard Mussman Assoc. sells 86,000 s/f ind. bldg. for $850,000
Christopher Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates Commercial and Industrial Real Estate recently sold 600 East St., an 86,000 s/f industrial building for $850,000. The buyer, Chamberlain Square LLC, will be occupying the building with its two businesses, and will be subdividing the remainder of the building to lease to other tenants. Bernard Mussman Associates will be leasing the available space for the new owner.
The building was formerly the home of Siracusa Moving and Storage which constructed a new building in New Britain where they are currently located. The seller and buyer were both represented by Bernard Mussman Associates Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.
