Edge of Bernard Mussman brokers 9,910 s/f retail building sale in Wethersfield
The Wethersfield Project LLC purchased 574 Silas Deane Hwy. The property, a 9,910 s/f retail building, was the former home of Siperstein's Paints. 574 Silas Deane Hwy. is now the home of Shop-Rite Hardware and Paint Supply. The buyer was represented by Chris Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates Commercial Real Estate, and the seller was represented by Howard Smagler and Carl Berman of O, R & L Commercial Real Estate.

Sullivan & Sullivan brings 14 Class A office condos to auction
Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond. The combined offering totals 21,083 s/f with 14 individual units ranging in size from roughly 4,063 s/f to 485 s/f within two interconnected buildings.
