The property, a 9,910 s/f retail building, was the former home of Siperstein's Paints. 574 Silas Deane Hwy. is now the home of Shop-Rite Hardware and Paint Supply. The buyer was represented by Chris Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates Commercial Real Estate, and the seller was represented by Howard Smagler and Carl Berman of O, R & L Commercial Real Estate.
