Educational seminar: How to develop affordable housing under Ch. 40B

A ballot initiative to repeal the state's Affordable Housing Zoning Law, Chapter 40B, recently failed, allowing developers and communities to move forward and create much-needed affordable housing projects throughout the state. NAIOP Massachusetts is proud to present an in-depth look at this important law on April 9, at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. Presenters will give an overview on recently promulgated regulatory changes, as well as recent 40B court cases. Through an in-depth case study, developers and consultants who have successfully developed 40B projects (large and small, rental and ownership models) will discuss their experiences and provide valuable tips and strategies for building affordable housing under 40B.
