Eklund of Commercial Realty Advisors handles sale of two condos
Sandwich, MA Jeff Eklund, realtor at Commercial Realty Advisors, completed the sale of two 15 Jan Sebastian industrial condominiums. The sale price was not disclosed.
The buyer, Gade Masonry and Landscaping, Inc. was represented by Eklund and attorney Steven Hayes. The seller was represented by attorney Michael Princi.
