Elaine Construction completes the Noodle Lab in Kendall Square at 238 Main St.

Cambridge, MA Elaine Construction, a Newton-based construction management firm, has completed the Noodle Lab, a new fast-casual restaurant for at 238 Main St. in Kendall Square. The restaurant is now open and serving customers.

The fast-tracked dining project was delivered in 13 weeks and turned a vacant white-box space into a fully tailored noodle bar. Elaine’s scope centered on a complete commercial kitchen fit-out, including a kitchen hood, specialized noodle bar equipment, and a dishwasher, along with custom millwork throughout the space.

The work was completed on a tight schedule inside 238 Main St., an occupied building, which called for careful coordination to keep the rest of the property running smoothly throughout construction. The Elaine team worked with building management and project architect, JTA, to deliver the finished restaurant on time.
