Elcock, Carroll and Dolan of Colliers International represent J.F. White Properties, Inc. in 9,000 s/f lease to F-Squared Investments, Inc.

F-Squared Investments, Inc., an SEC-registered investment advisor, has recently executed a 9,000 s/f office lease to relocate its headquarters to One Newton Executive Park. The lease represents an expansion of 6,000 s/f from F-Squared's current location in Wellesley. Occupancy is slated for June1. Jim Elcock, John Carroll and John Dolan of Colliers International represented the landlord, J.F. White Properties, Inc. Dan Krysiak of Grubb & Ellis Company represented F-Squared. Newton Executive Park, a 113,000 s/f, three building office complex, offers a location at the intersection of Rte. 128 and Rte. 16, one quarter of a mile south of the Mass. Tpke. One Newton Executive Park has a redesigned lobby and interior. The park features a café with outdoor seating and on-site property management. Tenants include Cigna and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. "The landlord is in the process of upgrading all common areas and is providing F-Squared with a top-notch product," said Dolan. "Colliers is pleased to have assisted J.F. White Properties and Grubb & Ellis with F-Squared's new office space."
