The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Jim Elcock, Dave Goodhue and Bill Lynch represented the landlord, KS Partners. Turbine was represented by Mark Mulvey and Tom Kent of DTZ FHO Partners.
Dedham Executive Ctr. is an 180,000 s/f, three-story, class A office building at 980-990 Washington St.
