Catriona Eldemery

Quincy, MA Catriona Eldemery is joining Dellbrook|JKS as its first vice president of people. In this recently created executive position, Catriona will work closely with the existing Human Resources Department to enhance the employee experience at Dellbrook|JKS

Dellbrook|JKS’s CEO, Mike Fish, said at its Annual Company Meeting that more than ever, the firm will focus on “our people.” Eldemery’s expertise will allow the company to achieve this goal. Her leadership will maintain Dellbrook|JKS’s family values, further employee-focused initiatives, and make sure each of the company’s 250+ team members is well-represented.

“It’s clear that Dellbrook|JKS is an organization that cares deeply about its workers, resulting in a special kind of company culture. I’m excited to build upon the wonderful things the firm has initiated and find additional ways to prioritize our team in an industry that is not notorious for employee wellness,” said Catriona. “I live by and speak to the values of the company; this role feels like a natural transition for me.”

Eldemery offers many years of operational and human resources knowledge with extensive work history at the esteemed Hospitality Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. For 30 years, Catriona served the enterprise, moving from assistant director of HR to director of HR and ultimately senior director of people & culture. More recently, Eldemery assisted in opening Back Bay’s social club, The Quin, as director of people & culture. While there, she joined the pre-opening team in creating this unique and dynamic social club, navigating the challenges of staffing four restaurants and  seven bar/lounges for eagerly awaiting members.

“When searching for an individual to fill the role of vice president of people, we knew the right person would need to have tremendous experience, a great attitude, and truly support our family-values-oriented culture. Catriona perfectly exemplifies this criterion, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board,” said Fish. “This position is incredibly important to Dellbrook|JKS and will be critical to our growth as a firm”.
