Ellis launches new firm, Ellis Realty Advisors

Braintree, MA David Ellis, a veteran commercial real estate professional, has launched a new firm, Ellis Realty Advisors. The firm’s multi-disciplined team will offer creative and strategic solutions with a customer centric approach.

Ellis Realty Advisors’ initial geographic focus will be on the south suburban markets with the goal of having a broader regional reach. Specific services provided by Ellis and his team include commercial sales and leasing, valuation, tenant representation and landlord representation, investment sales, development consulting and lease administration.

Managing partner David Ellis has been providing businesses throughout the south suburban markets with customized real estate solutions for over a decade. Prior to launching Ellis Realty Advisors, Ellis was with Jack Conway & Company’s commercial division were he was an annual sales and leasing leader. He began his career with Atlantic Properties and is building a team of experienced real estate professionals.

“We are very excited to create a new approach to how real estate services are delivered to the commercial marketplace. Our team is committed to a service model based on providing the most current market intelligence, delivering real and creative results with a sense of urgency, integrity and consistency,” Ellis said.

Ellis is a graduate of Babson College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. He has consistently been listed as a top performer in commercial real estate and is active in professional and civic organizations including the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, the South Shore YMCA, and the South Shore Young Professionals, of which he was a founding member. He resides in Marshfield with his wife, Jenna and their children, Evelyn and Henry.
