Ellis of Conway Commercial brokers $1.5 million sale of 408 Washington St.

Weymouth, MA Dave Ellis of Conway Commercial has brokered the sale of 408 Washington St., for $1.5 million. Built in 2000, the building consists of 14,000 s/f on three floors. Well located on Rte. 53, within a mile of Rte. 3, the property was recently occupied by Watchall.
Ellis represented the seller, 408 Washington Street Realty Trust, while Jay Nuss from Nuss Realty Group represented the buyer, A&B Chair Fair, LLC. Chair Fair plans on relocating their business from Braintree.
Conway Commercial was established in 1956 as a division of Jack Conway & Co., Inc., one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in New England.
