Ellis Realty Advisors served as consultant
to JEI Ventures project

Plymouth, MA Ellis Realty Advisors, now celebrating its fifth year in business, takes pride in its involvement with 5 & 7 Water St. Apartments.

The team at Ellis Realty Advisors initially served as a consultant to JEI Ventures for the 16 loft-style town home complex situated in the historic downtown harbor district, and subsequently helped acquire and manage the property. In July the property management team launched a dedicated landing page for the apartments, helping future residents easily schedule tours and apply.

“The site where 5 and 7 Water Street Apartments is located bookends to Plymouth’s Historic District and had been vacant for decades, despite its central location to all the town has to offer,” said David Ellis, founder and managing partner of Ellis Realty Advisors. “These attractive town homes offer a perfect combination of contemporary living in an historic setting.”

The new construction one-bedroom luxury apartments feature open concept kitchen and living areas, flex office spaces, in-unit laundry, and private heated garages.
