EMCOR subsidiary awarded mechanical and fire protection systems installation at Mohegan Sun

EMCOR Group's Tucker Mechanical unit has been awarded contracts to install mechanical and fire protection systems at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. Tucker Mechanical is responsible for the installation of a 2000-ton chiller and associated primary and secondary pumps for the expansion of the resort's central utility plant, as well as 4160V electrical upgrades required to support an additional chiller at the central utility plant. Additionally, Tucker Mechanical is responsible for the installation of the fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a new five-story, 165,000 s/f Mohegan Tribal Government and Community Center that includes tribal offices, a courtroom, library, gymnasium, arts and crafts center, and cafeteria.
