Engelberth Const. working on 2 projects at Stowe Mountain

Engelberth Construction, Inc. has been selected to construct a new 5,790 s/f club facility within the Spruce Peak Pedestrian Plaza which will house a lounge for Stowe Mountain Club members. The building is one of three two-story retail buildings set within the plaza.  In addition to the upper and lower level club areas, the facility will include a kid's center, warming kitchen, locker rooms and storage.  
Designed by Zehren and Associates, Inc. of Colorado, the building is set for completion in February.
The Pedestrian Plaza, also being built by Engelberth, includes a snow melt system below the paving stones and foundation and utility infrastructure work for the retail buildings.
Engelberth crews are on schedule to complete the new Spruce Camp Base Lodge which will include restaurants, a bar fireplaces, rental & repair shops, retail, tickets, and conference space.
