Waters of McLaughry sells 1 acre site to Service Credit Union branch

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial attended the grand opening of the 32nd branch office of the Service Credit Union on Oct. 17. Waters said, "When the Service Credit Union approached me with their needs, it seemed like a needle in a haystack to find the right location." After a multiple month search, the "perfect" site was identified with direct access to I-89. After the purchase of the land, construction of a two-story, 12,000 s/f, full drive-up facility was built by Keenan Associates, directed by James Keenan. The new site is on over an acre, located on Rte. 4 and in accordance with city and county records, was purchased for $1.125 million.
