The hotel, located at 70 Sleeper St., features floor-to-ceiling windows in 136 guest rooms with views of the city. Modern bathrooms, custom crafted furnishings, and plush textures mix serenity with convenience, providing an escape for guests. The design is infused with technology, such as an interactive billiards table with 4K touch screen in the lobby, visual projection wall behind the rooftop bar for personalized communications, and a ‘live’ light wall behind the front desk. Group One Partners served as design architect, interior designer, and procurement agent.

“This recognition is a source of great pride for our firm, I couldn’t be prouder of our team,” said Harry Wheeler, AIA, LEED, NCARB, principal of Group One. “It shows our dedication to creating dynamic and inspired spaces for hotel guests.
