Springfield, VT Equity Group Realtors has completed the following transactions:

• 100 River St. LLC has welcomed the Vermont Beer Shapers Brewery. Located in the former “Gear Shaper” building at 100 River St. in Springfield, VT. leasing 5,300 s/f. This startup company is truly homegrown. The principals of the brewery are all long-time local residents. 100 River St. is a mixed-use 200,000 s/f industrial building that recently underwent a $5 million renovation for upscale reuse, including the Springfield Hospital, among other tenants. In addition All Starz café has recently open to service tenants and public alike. Equity Group Realtors represented the owners and assisted the new tenant.

• Careplus Ambulatory Services Inc. leased 4,000 s/f at 384 Plainfield Rd. in W. Lebanon. James Ward, the broker for Equity Group Realtors assisted both parties in the transaction.

• At the Gallery Professional Building, Equity Group Realtors assisted House to Homes store to expand their leased area from 1,200 to 2,400 s/f at 276 Newport Rd., New London. House to Homes is an eclectic gift and home goods store featuring local products and crafts.

• Equity Group Realtors closed a sale transaction of 30 Rte. 5, Hartland Vt. The former home of Rte. 5 Motorsports, the building is 8,000 s/f on one acre. It is now the newly relocated home of LF Trottier and Sons, a dealership and repair service for John Deere equipment. According to public records the sale was completed at $329,000.

• Dr. Andrew Jones will soon open a new Optometrist office at 165 Mechanic St., Lebanon N.H. after the recent closing on the property for a reported $200,000. This site is uniquely suited for his use, with ample exam rooms, display area, easy parking and the ability to have additional professional tenants in the building. After renovations Dr. Jones hopes to open by spring.
