Baldacci Real Estate Group sells three hotels in Bangor
Bangor, ME Three hotels were sold to affiliates of the Giri Group of Quincy, Mass. These properties include the 96-room Quality Inn at 750 Hogan Rd., the 116-room Econolodge at 327 Odlin Rd,. and the 100-room Day’s Inn at 250 Odlin Rd.
The sellers were a a Maine-based company with multiple business interests.
The brokers for the transaction were Rob Baldacci and Anthony Armstrong of the Baldacci Real Estate Group of Portland.
