Equity Office was recognized at The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Building of the Year Awards (TOBY) for Operational Excellence at the Wellesley Office Park and One Memorial Dr., in Cambridge. This is the first TOBY award for the Wellesley Office Park and the second for One Memorial Dr.
Wellesley Office Park is comprised of eight buildings totaling 641,700 s/f of office space. In 2008, the assets underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to restore and re-glaze a number of the building facades, upgrade the lobbies and introduced a full service amenities center featuring: a fitness center, conferencing center, bistro and coffee bar. The park also includes a day care center. The Wellesley Office park is located 12 miles west of Boston at the junction of Rtes. 9 and 128 (I-95) andI-90. The park is situated on 22 landscaped acres that integrate with the natural landscape that flows to the banks of the Charles River.

One Memorial Dr. has been designated for the second year with the TOBY honor. One Memorial Dr. also underwent a multi-million dollar lobby renovation in 2008 and has a fitness center and contemporary bistro. Some of the nation's top technology companies call it home. The property is located adjacent to the MIT Sloane School campus and minutes from Kendall Sq. and downtown Boston. The building has views of the Charles River and the city of Boston. The five-sided, 17-story building features 352,000 s/f of office space on the riverfront.
