South Windsor, CT Krishreltic, LLC has purchased 200-216 Hemlock Ave. from Vision Salon & Spa, LLC for $1.8 million.
This two-story, 9,400 s/f multi-tenant and mixed-use commercial property is situated between the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk and LA Fitness.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New England Properties represented both sides of the transaction with Gayle Erickson, the buyer’s agent and Sam Macaluso representing the seller.
