Erland Construction and IQHQ transform One Corporate Dr. with revamp project

Andover, MA Erland Construction, in partnership with Ellenzweig and real estate developer IQHQ, have transformed One Corporate Dr. The project involved the construction of a 59,994 s/f addition and the renovation of 68,215 s/f of existing space, creating a cutting-edge life science headquarters.

The newly revamped 128,209 s/f One Corporate Dr. is designed for Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) operations and to achieve LEED Gold Certification. In addition to the structural enhancements, Erland implemented site improvements, including installing new infrastructure and underground utilities. This successful venture marks Erland’s inaugural partnership with IQHQ.

Matt Combs, advanced technology/life sciences group manager at Erland, said, “We are thrilled to have collaborated with such a dynamic group of industry leaders. This suburban lab project aligns perfectly with the demands of the local life sciences market, providing a high-quality working environment for the region.”

Situated within Innovation Park adjacent to I-93, One Corporate Dr. now stands as another inspiring setting for aspiring minds. The renovation and expansion project has added a fully integrated research environment to this campus.
