Erlikh is an experienced commercial real estate agent, specializing in the brokerage of multi-unit real estate. She has brokered multi-million dollar deals, representing clients on both the buy and the sell side of transaction, delivering superior service and completing transactions with high level of competence and integrity. Erlikh possesses negotiating skills and strong market knowledge.  She is an expert in property analysis, valuation, marketing, and management.

Erlikh’s investment real estate experience is augmented by thirteen years of achievement in progressively responsible positions in financial services.

She holds a BS in Economics/Finance with a Marketing minor from CCSU, and an MBA from the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford.
