Dedham, MA According to Essex Builders, The Residence at The Dior, a luxury residential complex, is on schedule for completion early this summer.

Essex Builders is currently working with ACP Properties to construct this mixed-use project along Rte. 1 adjacent to Legacy Place and within walking distance of the commuter rail. The Residence at The Dior offers urban-style living with all the benefits of living in the suburbs. The 90,000 s/f building will feature 48 residences that consist of one and two-bedroom floor plans and two levels of covered parking. A common roof deck with views of Blue Hills is one of the property’s main aesthetics. In addition, residents will be able to enjoy the community’s 11,000 s/f retail space.

“It’s been great working with ACP to see this project come to completion,” said Michelle O’Neil, president of Essex Builders. “We see the mixed-use as offering great advantages to people who are looking for the benefits of suburban living but who don’t want to give up the conveniences associated with living in the city.”
