Dedham, MA According to Essex Builders, The Residence at The Dior, a luxury residential complex, is on schedule for completion early this summer.

Essex Builders is currently working with ACP Properties to construct this mixed-use project along Rte. 1 adjacent to Legacy Place and within walking distance of the commuter rail.
