Chris Everest, Nordlund Associates, Inc.Lynnfield, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 471 Broadway, an 11,471 s/f office building located on Rte. 1. The property, set on 0.9 acres, sold for $3 million. Everest represented the seller, Bridgewell Inc.
