Everest of Nordlund Associates and Kerrigan of Avison Young handle $6m building sale
12-16 Jonspin Road - Wilmington, MAWilmington, MA Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 12-16 Jonspin Rd. The 65,240 s/f building, consisting of office, flex, and warehouse space, sold for $6 million. Everest of Nordlund represented the buyer, 12-16 Jonspin Road LLC, while Jack Kerrigan of Avison Young represented the seller, John T. Spinelli Trust.
