Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiates $2.9 million sale - The Stubblebine Company represents the buyer

Wilmington, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 5 Waltham St., an 83,180 s/f industrial building located off of Rte. 62. The property, set on 5.8 acres of land, sold for $2.9 million. Everest represented the seller, Bill-Den, LLC, while James and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, GFI Partners, Inc.
