Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiates $4 million building sale

North Andover, MA Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 49 Orchard Hill Rd., a 28,800 s/f industrial / flex building. The building sold for $4 million. Nordlund represented the seller, AAA Northeast, and secured the buyer, Kaloutas & Co. The property was previously owner occupied by AAA with a regional corporate office, and automotive services facility providing roadside assistance to members in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. AAA has reached agreement with Kaloutas & Co. to lease a portion of the building with a satellite facility for its automotive services.

Headquartered in Providence, AAA Northeast is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations that provides advocacy on behalf of all motorists, as well as specialized services for its 5.7 million members, including automotive services, financial services, insurance and travel throughout parts of N.Y., N.J., Conn., N.H., and all of R.I. and Mass.

“AAA was delighted to not only secure a buyer for the property, but also begin a partnership with Kaloutas & Co. to maintain a long-term presence at the building” said Julie Barrett, the club’s director of real estate.
