Everest of Nordlund Associates negotiates $1.75 million sale

Peabody, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 130 Newbury St., a 20,000 s/f retail condominium located on Rte. 1 South. The property, set on 2.11 acres, sold for $1.75 million. Everest represented the buyer and seller, Boston Private Bank and Trust, Inc., and 10 Winthrop Properties, Inc.

Nordlund has subsequently been retained by the new ownership to lease the premises. Nordlund Associates, Inc. is a full-service commercial real estate firm serving tenants, landlords and investors by facilitating the acquisition and/or divestiture of properties through traditional and innovative strategies.
