WS Development leases 3,725 s/f to SoulCycle

Boston, MA According to WS Development, SoulCycle is now open within 101 Seaport, its 25,000 s/f, street-level retail experience. SoulCycle is the first major fitness studio to open in the Seaport; it neighbors by CHLOE., Aceituna Grill, Tikkaway Grill, Starbucks and Chipotle Mexican Grill, all of which recently opened, as well as the forthcoming Juice Press and Yoki Express.  The 3,725 s/f space also houses an expansive lifestyle boutique selling SoulCycle’s original performance and athleisure clothing collections.

“As its tens of thousands of fans can attest, there is nothing like the SoulCycle experience. We could not be more pleased that SoulCycle is the first fitness and lifestyle brand to open in the neighborhood; it will infuse the Seaport with a tremendous amount of energy and it will beautifully interact with the mix of retail we have curated for 101 Seaport and beyond,” said Brian Sciera, vice president at WS Development.
