Everest, Olson and Rhuda of Nordlund lease 10,504 s/f to Cortica, LLC at 99 Rosewood Dr.

Danvers, MA According to Nordlund Associates, Inc., Cortica, LLC has signed a lease for 10,504 rentable s/f at 99 Rosewood Dr. Chris Everest, Kevin Olson, and Jayson Rhuda of Nordlund Associates represented the landlord, Rosewood 99 Offices, LLC. Savills represented the tenant.

Cortica, the United States’ leading physician-led, whole-child autism care company, selected 99 Rosewood for its regional expansion. The space includes a direct suite entrance and underwent significant interior improvements to support Cortica’s transdisciplinary care model. 

“This was a collaborative effort that delivered real value for both ownership and the tenant,” said Rhuda “Cortica’s team had a clear vision for the space, and ownership was highly responsive in customizing it to meet their programmatic goals.”
