Everest and Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Fee of Newmark arrange lease to Agility Logistics
Peabody, MA Chris Everest and Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Margaret Fee of Newmark negotiated the lease of Agility Logistics Corp. at 8 Essex Center Dr., a first class 67,907 s/f office building.
Everest and Olson represented the landlord, 8 Essex Center Drive LLC, and Margaret Fee of Newmark represented the tenant throughout negotiations.
