F.D. Rich Co. sells 102 key Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk

Stamford, CT F.D. Rich Company sold the Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk.

The 8-story Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk opened in June 2019 and features 102 extended-stay suites, each with a full kitchen, and onsite self and valet parking. Gathering areas include a double height lobby and mezzanine space, and a rooftop terrace featuring views of Norwalk Harbor.

Amenities include a lobby bar and café with light fare, business center, an on-site market and SONO SKY, a rooftop bar open to the public. Social or business functions for up to 40 can be accommodated in the on-site meeting space.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk is near the Metro North Train Station and all that South Norwalk has to offer.
