Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, represented Andera in leasing half of the 2nd floor of 15 Park Row West, also known as The Gateway Center.
Matt Fair, broker with Hayes & Sherry, acted as exclusive tenant representative for Andera.
"We looked at every available property in the Greater Providence market and after running several financial models and looking at the cost-benefits scenarios we concluded that being on one floor with easy access to the train station was the most important factor for Andera," said Fair.
Andera was founded by Charlie Kroll while a senior at Brown University. The company has grown over the years and they continue to remain loyal to Providence. "We're committed to Providence and look forward to continuing our growth here," Kroll said.
