Scaralia of Albert Realty sells 102,117 s/f retail to RBD Properties for $3.25 million: Amper of Capstone Properties represents seller, Western Realty LLC and Sante Fe Realty LLC
Albert Scaralia of Albert Realy sold two shopping plazas totaling 102,117 s/f at 1466-1492 Park Ave. for $3.25 million.
The three buildings, which are located on 2.344 acres, contain 23 units.
The seller was Western Realty Inc. and Sante Fe Realty LLC. The buyer was RBD Properties LLC.
Scaralia was the listing broker. Neil Amper of Capstone Properties was the selling broker.
