According to Cassidy Turley, Josh Fairchild has joined the Boston office as a manager in its portfolio management group. A licensed attorney who was recently admitted to the Mass. Bar, Fairchild has worked as a law clerk and a summer associate in both Boston and Oklahoma. Fairchild will be responsible for providing lease administration services to the firm's corporate clients, which include lease abstracting, reporting and assisting in lease negotiations.
"Josh's professional and legal experience will serve him well at Cassidy Turley," said Joe Fallon, regional managing principal at Cassidy Turley. "His attention to detail and knowledge of commercial lease language will be extremely valuable to our clients."
