Fairlane Properties signs Anixter International Inc. to 101,400 s/f lease renewal - Doyle and Coelho of Cresa Boston represent tenant
Woburn, MA According to Michael Grill, president of Fairlane Properties, Inc., the firm has completed the long-term lease extension of Anixter International Inc. for 101,400 s/f at 275 Wildwood Ave. Anixter is a leading global distributor of network & security solutions, electrical & electronic solutions and utility power solutions. The Fortune 500 company supplies communications and security products and electrical and electronic wire and cable.
The building at 275 Wildwood Ave. serves as Anixter’s Massachusetts distribution facility and houses Anixter’s Solutions Briefing Center. Located in the two-story office and warehouse building since 2005, Anixter occupies 84,700 s/f of warehouse, distribution, production and support uses on the first floor and 16,700 s/f of office space on the second floor.
An affiliate of Fairlane Properties purchased the 174,000 s/f property with over 660 parking spaces in July 2011 for $16.1 million. Verizon New England also occupies the building.
