Fallon and Donovan of FHO Partners arranges 5,506 s/f lease relocation for Reflectance Medical

According to FHO Partners, a 5,506 s/f lease relocation for Reflectance Medical has been completed. The company will open its new office at 116 Flanders Rd. "We were pleased to assist Reflectance Medical in the company's site selection process and decision to relocate to 116 Flanders Rd.," said Joe Fallon, managing partner at FHO. Fallon and senior vice president Sue Donovan of FHO Partners represented Reflectance Medical. The landlord was Carruth Capital. Located 33 miles west of downtown, near Mass I- 495 and the Boston Worcester Turnpike, 116 Flanders Rd. is situated in the Metrowest Business Park, which contains a three-story, class-A office building against 65 acres of conservation land. The park's amenities include a conferencing facility, covered parking, day care, golf course, hotel and on-site dining.
