Cassidy Turley FHO finalized a 31,511 s/f lease renewal at 400 Nickerson Rd. for Sepaton, Inc, maker of data backup and recovery solutions for large enterprises.
Built in 1985 and renovated in 2007, 400 Nickerson Rd. is a two story building located within the 573,576 s/f Marlborough Technology Park. The 85-acre park is situated in the I-495 West submarket, providing access to all major transportation routes in the MetroWest region.
