Faulkner Commercial Group and KW Commercial broker $5.1 million sale

Nashua, NH Faulkner Commercial Group and KW Commercial have completed the sale of 90 Northwest Blvd. for $5.1 million.

Janet Faulkner, president of Faulkner Commercial Group and director at KW Commercial, the commercial division of Keller Williams Realty, represented the sellers, Land M Management, LLC and Nashua Sports Academy, LLC. Denis Dancoes of Cushman & Wakefield of N.H. represented the buyers, Young Men’s Christian Association, (YMCA) of Greater Nashua. The facility is now officially known as the Westwood Park branch of the YMCA of Greater Nashua.
