Faulkner and Kindlan of KW Comm'l. handle 13,500 s/f lease for builder/landlord, Bernie and tenant, NEEDS Ctr.

Rowley, MA Faulkner Commercial Group and KW Commercial completed the full 10-year, 13,500 s/f lease of 305 Newburyport Tpke., a newly constructed medical office building.

Janet Faulkner, president of Faulkner Commercial Group and director at KW Commercial, the commercial division of Keller Williams Realty, represented the builder and landlord, Bernie, LLC. Brian Kindlan, buyer/tenant representative, also of Faulkner Commercial Group at KW Commercial represented the tenant, The North East Educational and Developmental Support Center, Inc. (NEEDS Center).

The NEEDS Center has been created to provide education, training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them to live meaningful lives, as independently as possible.
