Featured Property of the Month: Boston Realty Advisors retained to market Unitarian Universalist portfolio on Beacon Hill

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has been exclusively retained by the Unitarian Universalist Association to sell their portfolio on Beacon Hill. The portfolio consists of four (4) buildings: 25 Beacon St. (28,494 s/f), 39-41 Mount Vernon St. (23,013 s/f) and 6 and 7 Mount Vernon Place (19,083 s/f), totaling over 70,000 s/f. BRA has named the portfolio "The Beacon." The offering abuts the Massachusetts State House front lawn and is located close to Boston Common, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Mass Eye & Ear, the Financial District, Suffolk University and countless other amenities, including Whole Foods Market, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and the many local shops and restaurants along Charles St. Additionally, The Beacon is located just blocks from several MBTA T stations, including Park St., Government Center and Bowdoin Stations. These stations provide access to downtown Boston, Kendall Sq. and Harvard Sq. on both the red, green and blue lines. Multiple MBTA bus routes service the immediate area as well as local area highways Rte. 128, I-90 and I-93. All of these means of transportation allow for unparalleled ease of access throughout the city and beyond. BRA's capital markets team of Christopher Sower, Jason Weissman and Andrew Herald will be handling the sale process. The team will also be supported by the residential experts of Robb Cohen and Kristy Ganong. Boston Realty Advisors will be conducting tours over the coming weeks for interested parties. Offers will be entertained for both the whole portfolio and for individual buildings. Boston Realty Advisors is a privately held commercial brokerage firm based in Boston, Massachusetts.
