Federal Realty leases 89,997 s/f
at Assembly Square Marketplace

Somerville, MA Federal Realty has arranged for two furniture retailers, Bob’s Discount Furniture (38,163 s/f) and Raymour & Flanigan (51,834 s/f) to sign leases at Assembly Square Marketplace to join Ashley Furniture and TJ Maxx/HomeGoods in a concentrated destination with more than 165,000 s/f of retail space devoted to furnishings, décor and accessories.  

Bob’s, one of the fastest growing omnichannel furniture retailers in the country, aims to provide unsurpassed value with honesty and integrity. Stores offer a wide variety of stylish, quality furnishings, mattresses and home accents. Raymour & Flanigan, a family-owned furniture chain, is the largest furniture and mattress retailer in the Northeast. This will be the company’s first store in Eastern Massachusetts. 

Combined with key retailers such as Yankee Candle, Le Creuset, Bath & Body Works and Zwilling at the adjacent Assembly Row, this neighborhood delivers a wide range of choices and options that span all price ranges, to help residents and visitors get everything they need for their own home or find the perfect gift.
