Feiner of MG Commercial and Franklin of Remax Real Estate Center sell 5,500 s/f for $900,000

Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, representing twelve individual sellers, sold the former Ponderosa Steakhouse, a 5,500 s/f restaurant and 1.3 acre lot to Family Medical Associates of South Attleboro represented by Kurt Franklin of Remax Real Estate Center. The restaurant had been shut down for approximately three months before the two sides had agreed on a deal. Both parties were pleased with the outcome and the quickness it took to arrive at the closing. The medical practice will be relocating their offices to this new state-of-the-art facility and are excited for their new location. MG Commercial Real Estate is a full-service, commercial real estate company located in Providence, R.I. and serving all of Rhode Island and southeastern Mass.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
