Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, representing twelve individual sellers, sold the former Ponderosa Steakhouse, a 5,500 s/f restaurant and 1.3 acre lot to Family Medical Associates of South Attleboro represented by Kurt Franklin of Remax Real Estate Center.
The restaurant had been shut down for approximately three months before the two sides had agreed on a deal. Both parties were pleased with the outcome and the quickness it took to arrive at the closing. The medical practice will be relocating their offices to this new state-of-the-art facility and are excited for their new location.
