Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the buyer, Mineral Spring Holdings, who purchased 1527 Mineral Spring Ave., from FNC, LLC, for $830,000. The buyer was represented by Nick Tartaglione of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
The property consists of a .5 acre lot improved by a 4,300 s/f drive-thru carwash facility and an Irving Gas Station. The new owners plan on upgrading the carwash and providing their customers with a new facility. They plan on opening Express Carwash during the 4th quarter of this year.
