Feinman, Bulmer and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine handle three deals

Pittsfield, MA Vanguard-Fine, LLC of Upstate NY completed three New England transactions. The transactions include the following:

• Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine and Cassie Barbeau of Mahar McCarthy Real Estate brokered the sale of 217-219 Northside Dr. in Bennington, VT, between the purchaser, THDC2 Realty, LLC and the seller, Lucinda Thomson. The purchase price was $1.1 million.

• Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine brokered the seasonal lease between Spirit Halloween and El Gato Grande Limited. The 8,150 s/f store is located in Dalton Avenue Plaza at 457 Dalton Ave., in Pittsfield.

• Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered the sale of 1366 Curran Hwy. in North Adams, Mass. between the purchaser, Spot On Storage NA, LLC and the seller, Cfi Propco 2, LLC. The 4.93 acre site will be the future home of Spot On Storage, NA LLC.
