Fellah and Cordido of HK Group lease 8,554 s/f flex space lease to MRI Premium Distribution Services
Norwalk, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president and Ricardo Cordido, vice president, CCIM, at HK Group, completed the 8,554 s/f flex space lease at 145 Main St. to MRI Premium Distribution Services.
MRI is a leading source of residential, security, commercial and mobile consumer electronics with locations in Plainville, Conn., Colonie, N.Y., Woburn, Mass. and now in Norwalk.
HK Group represented Seligson Properties, owner of the 44,700 s/f building that is now fully leased.
