With all the daily commuters, it made sense that America's favorite coffee brand would take a former Taco Bell space, complete with a drive thru, at 470 Main Ave. This location is almost directly across the street from the Merritt Parkway's busy corporate park at Exit 40 and shares access with Tutor Time. Franco Fellah and Kerry Wood of HK Group brokered the deal between the landlord and franchisee for this 2,000 s/f space.
Westport's Post Road is one of the most sought after retail locations due to its high traffic count and high incomes in the area. Fellah and Wood leased 1,328 s/f at 235 Post Road West to stylist Jessica Ryan. Ryan is moving her business from the Saugatuck area to this space which will give her a strong presence on the Post Road. Neighboring retailers are Via Sforza, Bel Mondo, Around the Rosy, Westport MediSpa, Artee, Capel Rugs, FroyoWorld, and Whole Foods.
HK Group is located at 253 Riverside Ave. in Westport, and has been serving the greater Connecticut market for 26 years.
