Fellah and Wood of HK Group close two deals totaling 3,328 s/f
Main Ave. in Norwalk is home to millions of s/f of office space. Dunkin' Donuts has leased a former Taco Bell space, complete with a drive-thru, at 470 Main Ave. Franco Fellah and Kerry Wood of HK Group brokered the deal between the landlord and franchisee for this 2,000 s/f space.
Fellah and Wood also leased 1,328 s/f at 235 Post Road West in Westport to stylist Jessica Ryan. Ryan is moving her business from the Saugatuck area to this space which will give her a strong presence on the Post Rd.
