At 9-13 Post Rd. West, Aleida Kohen signed a 5-year lease for 875 s/f of retail space. Fellah handled the owner's side of the transaction; Honey Blank of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
At 21-23 Post Rd. West, Cipolla & Associates, Inc. signed a temporary lease for 1,677 s/f of retail space. Fellah was the only broker in this transaction.
