Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, finalized four Westport retail and office leases. At 979 Post Road East, Intersection, LLC leased 1,400 s/f of second floor office space. Fellah represented all parties in the transaction. The owner of the property is Dandar Realty, LLC. At 99 Saugatuck Ave., the Nth Power, Inc. leased 1,000 s/f of first floor space. Fellah represented the tenant; Randy Vidal, SIOR of Vidal-Wettenstein represented the owner, Chris Trefz. At 9-13 Post Rd. West, Aleida Kohen signed a 5-year lease for 875 s/f of retail space. Fellah handled the owner's side of the transaction; Honey Blank of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant. At 21-23 Post Rd. West, Cipolla & Associates, Inc. signed a temporary lease for 1,677 s/f of retail space. Fellah was the only broker in this transaction. The owner of the Post Rd. West property is Phat Development, LLC.
