Westport, CT According to Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, the company has finalized the 3,340 s/f lease of a new concept Calico store at 224 Post Rd. East in downtown.

Calico has a carefully curated collection of 5,000+ textiles from amongst the best mills in the world. With their free design services these fabrics are custom made into window treatments, furniture upholstery and more. It is a 70-year-old brand with design shops located nationwide. 

The new 224 Post Rd. East location is one of the highest visibility retail corners downtown, at the crossing of Imperial Ave. and US-1, serviced by a traffic light.

The building is fully renovated and the space interior is bright, with 14’ ceilings. Imperial Plaza provides on-site parking directly next to the store, which is a big bonus in downtown.

Calico is planning for a January 2021 store opening.
